By accessing, registering, or using UNO PAY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To register and use UNO PAY, you must be a resident of India, aged 18 years or older, and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must register using a valid Indian mobile number and verify via One-Time Password (OTP).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and Transaction PIN (TPIN).
• All activities and transactions executed under your registered credentials will be deemed authorized by you.
• You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Scope of Services

UNO PAY facilitates digital utility payments, mobile & DTH recharges, BBPS bill payments, travel reservations, and digital wallet services. We act as a technology aggregator interfacing with authorized telecom operators, NPCI / Bharat Bill Payment System, and licensed payment gateways.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the UNO PAY application or services for any of the following:

• Engaging in illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or terror financing.
• Attempting to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise our software infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity documents during KYC submission.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to manipulate wallet balances or promotional offers.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, user interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, and content available on UNO PAY and unotag.biz are the exclusive intellectual property of UNOTAG MULTI SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, UNOTAG MULTI SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for transaction delays or service interruptions caused by third-party telecom operator network failures, banking system downtimes, force majeure events, or incorrect payment details entered by the user.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in suspicious fraudulent behavior, or fail mandatory KYC verification requirements.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
